New Equipment - Herker purchased and took receipt of an EMCOTURN 420MC
Plus a dual CNC lathe for simultaneous machining of two parts. This machine is equipped with 2 spindles, 2 bar loaders, 2 sub spindles and 2 turrets with live tooling which allow us to machine 2 identical parts at the same time in each cycle. This machine is capable of running up to 1" diameter parts 23" long out of any material at twice the output over conventional CNC lathes.
