Herker Industries renews its ISO 9001:2000 certification
after its quality systems and procedures were successfully reviewed by an auditor from Det Norske Veritas Certification, INC. Herker's Precision Machining and Engineered Assemblies' Welding and Assembly departments hold this this ISO certification. Vicky Baeurle, Quality Manager said, "Our team, including operations and engineering, welcomes the audits as a vehicle for continuous improvement and self examination. It provides opportunities to verify that our procedures are applied successfully in real life situations on the floor. Thanks for all the hard work and input from our people to meet the quality needs of our customers."
