Herker Industries Acquires Total Tool, LLC

Herker Industries announces its acquisition of Total Tool, LLC in Menomonee Falls, WI. For the past nine years, Total Tool has specialized in the machining of highly technical, complex parts with tight tolerances and low volume production requirements. The company serves OEM customers in a variety of industries, including agricultural, medical, motor vehicle and industrial machinery.
With this acquisition, Herker has expanded its equipment portfolio with vertical turning lathe (VTL) machining up to 32" diameter equipped with c-axis table indexing and live tool capabilities. Herker has also added CNC Swiss screw machining capability up to 32mm in diameter. Production capacity has been increased by 18,000 square feet of manufacturing space. The company will operate as the Total Tool Division of Herker Industries.
