CNC Milling
As part of our precision machining services, Herker utilizes state-of-the-art horizontal and vertical machining centers which include 4th and 5th axis capability. Our CNC mills are equipped with high pressure coolant systems and 14,000 RPM spindles to facilitate high speed machining. To reduce set-up and production time, we utilize pallet changes, tombstones, and quick change fixtures.
